Hachi Asian Fusion Sushi - Wilmington

My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to stop by after seeing the 50% off sushi roll sign. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of both regular and specialty sushi rolls. The sushi was so delicious that we returned the next day for more!

When I first discovered this restaurant, I was absolutely in love! The sushi was fantastic, the prices were great, and my all-time favorite was the Tom Yum soup. I couldn't stop talking about it to anyone who would listen! However, during my most recent visit, I was really disappointed with the quality. I ordered two containers to share with a friend, and I was embarrassed when we opened them. The shrimp had a suspicious odor, as if it had gone bad—both of us noticed it immediately. Since I ordered this dish frequently, I could tell right away that something was off. I didn't reach out to the restaurant to address the issue; I just ended up throwing it away. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new place for my Tom Yum soup, as I no longer trust this one. It was great while it lasted!

Nice bar.... Pretty clean place... Upon walking in.... Not one person acknowledged us.... They looked up from what they were doing... So after a minute I just approached someone... They seemed like they didn't want to be bothered... Place was empty... No customers at all... Just the people who worked there and their children... I didnt get anything.... Too empty which isnt a good sign in my opinion...

On Wednesday I decided to try some of their sushi as I have lived close by for a year now. I got it doordashed a Hairy Mexican roll and a Cali roll as well as some Crab Rangoon. It was absolutely phenomenal. It is only Friday and I just got it for dinner again! Looking forward to trying more of their menu.

I jus wanted to leave this comment to let you guys know that this sushi place is amazing, very fresh, and the owner treats everyone so nicely! I had this Hawaiin roll for the first time today, and it was delicious, if anyone was wondering if they should get it?? GET IT!
