McDonald's - Wilmington

The order understood, had to go back, but they did it immediately. the food was as expected. it is a mcdonald’s. the personal was prodessional and immediately tried to help without problems. no fear, it just made it right. maybe next time it'll be 5 stars.

Very fast service and nice staff. most of the time is eating fresh, but it has days like any other restaurant

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the dame i. the lobby was great. extremely helpful and polite. we were from the state and that was the best mcdonalds experience I had in a long time. Go on!

Missed people only interact. it didn't feel like it was so digital now. the burgers are still little dry and nuget tasted old not juicy as before. but it was clean.

They make their coffee too hot. The cup was way too hot to hold and I end up spilling the cup of scorching hot coffee on myself. I informed corporate via an online form. The manager of this location called me but could clearly couldnt care less and said something like well what you want a voucher for the cost of the coffee or something? I wanted to never had gotten burnt. I still have scarring on my chest from it.They still don 't have heat sleeves. I 'm leaving this review because I 'm sure I 'm not the only victim of their negligence.
