Panera Bread - Wilmette

This is DJ, the (hopefully former) manager. DJ is an aggressive psychopath who threatens little kids and adults every shift, according to DJ’s own words.DJ refused to serve my daughter and her friends the products they paid for, and refused a refund.DJ came out of nowhere when I was asking the cashier for a refund calmly and politely.DJ claims that Jr. High kids get kicked out of there daily and called the police on me and group of 12 year old girls.I wasn’t being a “Karen”, but I did ask for DJ’s supervisor’s information since DJ was overly aggressive and giving off a very threatening attitude. DJ refused to give me a supervisor to contact. The middle finger was DJ’s response. Very unprofessional, shame on the franchise owner for letting this be a daily occurrence.I guess this location’s manager is making the executive decision to deny dozens of daily regulars business now. Boycott this place.

A worker named Aaron who was the team manger was the nicest worker ever at the wilmette Panera. Best service ever!! He is the nicest ever.

What a warm and comforting place to stop for breakfast. Love the blueberry muffins and coffee. Clean bathroom too.

This nice worker named Aaron is so kind. He always says hello to all the kids and is an amazing person. He makes people want to come to panera because he is so nice to be around!
