Burger King - Willows

Chicken was bad and burnt from the fryer, got their new wraps and chicken fries were so old that they disintegrated, worst Burger King ever it’s sad. I have to even give them one star and give them a zero never returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The BK where I live 30 minutes north of here, and have gotten the Impossible Burger several years ago, is not even currently open! Was in Willows for an event and took a chance and was delighted they had it! Stopped while traveling. Newer store so expected better. NOT. Soda machine broken, no large lids, no iced tea, bathroom dirty, air conditioning out so very warm inside. Not a good experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Stopped for a quick bite, used drive thru, could barely hear the staff, half of what I wanted they were out of, when I did get to the window, was told they were out of what I did order, ended up with a whopper meal, staff was freindly, owners need to get a handle on this location, Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3

They just need to shut the place down. The last 3 times I have been there they were out of multiple items. The service is unbelievably slow and each time my order was wrong. It seems that they don't have enough good help to keep the place running. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
