Tgi Fridays - Willow Grove

Last year, we had issues too: the meat was undercooked, the ribs were dry, and the sides were very small.

The steak in the picture was supposed to be medium-rare, but it was definitely overcooked. The manager attempted to rectify the situation by ordering a different piece of meat, but we had lost confidence that it could be prepared properly at that point. When the chicken arrived, it had also clearly come out of the microwave before being slightly burned. It was dry and rubbery as well. We will not be returning to this restaurant; the experience was just awful.

When we arrived, we waited 3 minutes before anyone came to check on us. Another family became frustrated waiting for service at the bar and wondered if anyone would come to help us. I had placed a takeout order and was told to wait for someone else to assist me. Eventually, a gentleman came by to take my order. I had some special requests due to fasting, but he assured me there wouldn’t be any issues and that it would take around 8 to 10 minutes. However, 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. When I inquired about my order, it took some time, but they finally brought it out—only to find it was completely different from what I had requested. Since I was fasting, I only had a 30-minute window to eat, which made the situation very frustrating. Despite all this, Raven stepped in and completely turned things around. She asked about my dietary restrictions and thoughtfully offered a delicious meal that she adapted to meet my vegan needs. Huge thanks to her for saving the day!

I love coming here. we don't come here often, but if we do that, everyone who works on Friday in the willow grove mall are super friendly. we are here yesterday at 17.8.22 clock. I'm sorry, I didn't get any names, but our server was great and the manager was just as great. the person who sat us was so friendly, and when we all left, the people who worked, had a smile and told us bye. this is very rare to find now and days. the food was great and quickly came out:

Went for drinks and appetizer, had the lavender cocktail and whiskey glazed chicken bites. Both were fantastic and bought another cocktail, lavender and alcohol were not overpowering, has a balanced and smooth flavor, will really plan on getting another again. Chicken has a sweet flavor from whiskey, not too strong and the sauces that came with it were great!
