Schlotzsky's - Willoughby

I absolutely love Schlotzsky's and have dined at four different locations across the USA. This one is no different—it's fantastic! I recommend trying the pick two option with The Original sandwich (just ask for no olives) and a bowl of soup. By the way, you should definitely have the broccoli and cheese soup available every day. Don't get me wrong; I do enjoy the potato soup, but the broccoli one is simply incredible. The staff here is wonderful; they're always funny and love to joke around with us. Hats off to the management and crew for a job well done!

I absolutely loved this restaurant and have been enjoying their food for years. I'm really disappointed now that they are closed, as there aren’t any other drive-thru options for sandwiches, pizza, or soup in the area. The food was always quick and tasty, the bread was fresh, and the staff was consistently friendly while maintaining a clean environment.

I'm fairly certain I didn't actually visit Schlotzsky's, but according to Google Maps, I did. I found myself in front of a Schlotzsky's location, and I must say, the food was quite good. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was both friendly and professional. In general, I don't frequent Schlotzsky's often—partly because there aren't many around and partly because I try to save money by cooking at home. I realize this review might not be very informative, but...

Absolutely the best deli sandwiches I've ever had. Always fresh and quick. Great staff, clean restaurant and efficient service. Wish it was still closer to me on the west side of Cleveland!

Drove an hour and 20 minutes ONE WAY for the GREAT TASTE OF SCHLOTZSKYS and was very happy! We will be back! First experience of Schlotzskys was in Texas and it was immediately a favorite! Trouble is they are few and far between here in the north. Had one in Vegas while there and wondered if I 'd never taste one again...and was sad. When I discovered this one in Willoughby, made immediate plans to travel and eat! Great service and friendly people in Willoughby and the taste I remembered was EXACTLY THE SAME! AWESOME!!! Ate one in the dining room and ordered a large extra one to take home to enjoy for at least two more meals. You really need to try a Schlotzskys. I recommend an original in the size that suits that fits you. OMG it is so good!!! MEDIUM ORIGINAL IS $5.99. WHAT A BARGAIN FOR THE GREAT TASTE! And this place in Willoughby has the true spirit of customer service behind it. The owner operater was our contact and he told us he 's been here 18 years. So refreshing that he is still in there working. Willoughby has a true treasure in such a great taste and such good service! We will be making a trip here at least once a month. Highly recommend you try one. Wide variety but I recommend the original.
