Chipotle Mexican Grill - Willoughby

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I decided to stop by during my lunch break for a quick meal, as it had been years since I last visited Chipotle due to poor service in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant clean, well-stocked, and staffed by exceptionally friendly employees! A big thank you to Hailey and her team for making my visit so enjoyable!

I always place my orders online and choose to stick with Chipotle. The staff at this location are consistently friendly, and they get my order right every time. In contrast, the locations in Euclid and Willowick often forget half of my items or make mistakes with my bowl orders.
