Chagrin River Diner - Willoughby

The steak had a lot of gristle but was tasty. I enjoyed the potatoes and asparagus. It was a bit cold where we were seated and a heat lamp was turned on.Food: 4/5

Great restaurant, great food, great service! The portions are much bigger than many other places and the prices won’t empty your wallet! A couple lights on the front, and clear window dressings would attract more passer byes who might think they were closed! The food is all prepared at the restaurant from the very beginnings which is a rarity! Forget the white tablecloths at other places! You are paying for them! Great coffee and desserts are fabulous when available!

Good food at reasonable prices. We dined outside…beautiful day to watch the passersby. Salads were fresh and well balanced. Sandwiches were likewise very good. Oh, and definitely try the house made ginger ale it is delicious!Food: 5/5

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order after getting seated and given water. We watched as new people were seated and given their food! The waitress completely ignored us. I think she forgot that she seated us. Unfortunately, we got up and left so never did try the food.Service: 1/5
