Bob Evans - Willoughby Hills

The food was on par with other Bob Evans restaurants. The service was terrible. It took far too long to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant, the service was slow and inaccurate, the food was delayed and everyone's plates came out at different times. Multiple persons in our party were missing food items, and at least twice we had to flag down a DIFFERENT server for assistance. It WAS a somewhat large party, but management should have stepped in and had multiple servers assist, especially when it was obvious to the entire staff that our server was struggling to handle us by herself.Also, Bob Evans stopped selling chili a while ago. It was my favorite thing on the menu. Please bring it back.Parking: Plenty of dedicated on site parking. There are multiple regular and van accessible handicap spaces.Kid-friendliness: They have a full kids menu, with crayons. During our visit we had to request the special kids straws, but they ARE available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and isles paired with multiple regular and van accessible handicap spaces makes this location easy for wheelchair use.

Coffee was weak. Food was bland. Service was great.

Our server, Jackie, was amazing!!! She was engaging and intuitive. Thank you so much. You are definitely appreciated.

We order quite frequently from them for delivery. Every time we’ve ordered cod fish dinner they neglect to include the tartar sauce. Today, they did not include the fish meal at all, just my husband’s omelette. Where is their quality control? This Bob Evans used to be wonderful, they continue to go down hill. It’s a shame, once upon a time it was a wonderful family restaurant. We called them, they don’t care!

Was not pleased with the cleanliness for one thing. Empty cracker papers and sugar packets on the floor. No one bothered to pick them up just walked right over them. Windows are nasty. Needless to say we won't be going there again.
