It's an old incinerator! Converted to a cafe! With an art gallery underneath! Surrounded by bucolic bushwalking tracks! And every sentence of this review
There was a queue up at the door, because the word had gotten around, that The Incinerator was the latest place to head to for a weekend brunch up north of
If you don't mind toddlers, pre-teen banter creating a lot of noise, then this place is for you! Nestled in the middle of suburbia, you would expect a rowdy family atmosphere, and it did not disappoint! The food was appetizing and the girls who served us were lovely. There is seating outdoors and they welcome dogs too :-)
We've been here for lunch or tea several times. This was our first dinner. Venue: is on the small side, not overwhelming, with the kitchen in full view. The ambience is great, if a little on the noisy side.Service: fast, friendly, helpful, likeable. Great stuff.Meals: this took us a little by surprise. They're share-plates, each main meal feeds two. The choices were interesting, wonderfully prepared and, simply, great.Value: really goodWe really enjoyed our night here, we'll be back !
