Souva Stop - Williamstown

Not a bad place to eat, found my souva to be mainly filled with lettuce. Still yummy. The churros are delicious! Nice to sit in the little courtyard.

Given my last review of this restaurant and since then I'm sure it's changed hands, I'm not sure why the new owners don't ditch the Alexanders title completely and only run with their new name: being 'The Vault'. Food and experience were totally different and all for the better. I'm not going to go on too long suffice it to say the service was great and the food beautiful. I enjoyed a succulent steak cooked perfectly and my wife loved her prawn linguini. The sides of a garden salad and sweet potato chips likewise delicious. Price wise it's more reasonable than the old Alexanders as well and really reasonable. Portion sizes I think are spot on. All up a great night, friendly staff and food worth returning for. If I had any complaint it would be that it was a cold night and with the front door opening it would blow cold air in and as a result the premises wasn't as snuggly warm as a winter's night should be. But definitely go...it was great.

Mediocre food and lost order, food cold and rice hard and unable to eat, noticed other patrons sent back meals not impressed

Well, we went here for new years eve and was greeted with a FULL house which was expected. We had to wait about 5-7 mins but was absolutely worth it. My family (of 5) all love seafood and so we ordered the seafood platter to share and was so good we ordered another one! After our delicious entrees, we had mains which were linguine, garlic prawns, steak, the whole lot. We did have to wait longer than usual as there was a line outside and a full house before we sat down. Everything we had was full of flavour, portion sizes were perfect. We had dessert even though we were all so full ! 100% would recommend!! Hidden gem!!

I went into Alexanders for dinner, on the weekend and it was lovely the food was fantastic nice portion sizes and great flavours, the oysters were amazing , the staff that attended us that evening were fantastic very friendly and attentive they were very kind to my children as well overall we had a fantastic experience and will definitely coming back
