Ichiban Japanese - Williamsport

The food was decent, but I wouldn't consider going back for a Hibachi dinner. We visited with family from Kansas and had made a reservation for 6 p.m. Unfortunately, they only hold tables for 15 minutes, and we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before being seated. Our waitress seemed rushed, quickly took our drink orders, and we ordered two appetizers. To our surprise, the soup and salad arrived before the appetizers. Meanwhile, the people around us who were waiting for the "live performance" had been waiting for 45 minutes and even joked that a McDonald's hamburger sounded appealing. When the manager came over, he was quite unenthusiastic when our young granddaughter pointed out a pile of onions that looked like a volcano; he simply replied, "yes." Our dinner arrived abruptly, and the noise level was so high that we all ended up with headaches. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
