Safeway Liquor - Willcox

This Safeway has the rudest cashiers I've ever encountered. Today, I had yet another awful experience thanks to Carley at the register. While the bagger was kind, Carley was extremely impolite. When I informed her that milk had spilled on the belt, she rudely grabbed the items from my young daughter's hands instead of thanking me for the heads-up. If she’s unhappy with her job, she should consider quitting instead of taking it out on customers. Just because it’s the only grocery store in town doesn’t mean that customer service should be overlooked. I would rather drive 30 miles to the next town than shop at this store again.

Grumpy shelf stickers. It seems that management is overworking some of the staff. However, the cashiers are friendly. I’ve noticed that the chip shelves often lack a variety of name-brand chips whenever I visit. The bakery is decent, but I encountered an unhappy employee when I approached. The produce section isn’t very impressive and often seems limited. Additionally, the prices appear to be higher than those at other stores. We live in Willcox and Prescott, and there's a noticeable difference in store quality, but unfortunately, Willcox lacks competition.

This Safeway is decent, but it definitely needs a thorough cleaning! I've been to many locations and tend to visit Safeway when I can, but I’ll only come here for essential items. I prefer to go to the Safford location for a cleaner shopping experience!

Awesome selection of liquor. And the prices are below average.
