フィードバックを提供するThese are the hands below my favorite Habit Burger I was, they always get my order right and have great service. A young man named Dylan is always so helpful and makes food perfect every time. No complaints, especially if he works on the grill!
The first time. I was asked to compare it with Whataburger and as Texan I can't betray my Whataburger, but u go admit that I like it like Whataburger. The burger I got was the Charburger and added Avocado. I loved the burger already containing GRILLED onions!! I'm not a big fan of raw onions, but grilled onions????? Bet! I give my burger 10/10 and will order something new in the future.
The staff was kind to take our order and informed us that their soda fountain was disturbed so that they gave us free water cups and used us at our own risk. The dining area and the toilets in this location were clean and comfortable during this visit.
I order The Habit every weekend for my mother and I on the Habit app. Today they left my burger and all our sides of the ranch, and my last two orders before, they left the salad of my mother and our sides of the ranch. The store doesn't take phone calls, so I went there, and they told me that it was the driver's fault because he didn't grab both bags, but I asked them where the other bag was when the driver forgot it? and it turned out that the restaurant is the one who forgot to bring it out! The food is amazing IF YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT! I know that mistakes happen, but three times in a row?
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at this location and I usually have a no complaints. After the employee gave us our order we discovered it was wrong at the counter and they attempted to correct it. My shake had been sitting out the entire time so it was pretty soft. After getting home and checking our food we noticed one of the burgers was not well done,2 were missing the avocado we paid for, and my beef patty was so tiny and was not the double I had ordered. So disappointed!
