My wife and I are masters of good reason: constant quality, friendly-committal service, fair prices. the edamame are especially crisp and recommended as appetizer, as well as other japanese, the otopus perfectly cooked and never gum-like, my favorite: the chirashi sushi

I've known the mono-sushi for many years and I've been thrilled every time. not experimental. simple, classic and good.
