Wendy's - Wichita

My chicken nuggets and double stack were excellent. My fries were a little cold but were still warm to enjoy. I absolutely love the fact they still carry Barqs Root Beer! Too many places have dropped this for other flavors.

Unprofessional crew, I set a mobile order and was told to move forward while the order was prepared. waited 15 minutes, and only half of my order was received. the lobby was already closed, so went to drive back, let them know that I lacked 2 biggie bags, 2 drinks, and was said we have no more coffee, I can not just make a big pot and can not refund for mobile order. after a long 12-hour drive we decided for frostys

The staff has been nice, but I rarely get my entire drive -thru order . Tonight I paid $9 for a 10 piece nuggets with fries and a drink. Asked for bbq sauce. Also ordered a pecan chicken salad. Didn 't get the fries or bbq sauce. The piece of chicken in the salad from other locations is usually larger and served nicely. Tonight it was chopped up, much less of a portion and tossed haphazardly into the bag like my combo meal . I love Wendy 's food. Not from this location unfortunately.

This was my first time in this location. It is a nice looking business. The employees were very nice and my order was ready to go faster then I could even get my drink. My order was correct and everything was hot and fresh and my fries were crisp. I think this will be my store of choice

I ordered the $5 biggie bag and they managed to forget everything but the sandwich. I went back and asked for my stuff and they gave me only my fries. I was still missing the nuggets. I don't recommend anyone going here if you want quick and efficient service. I'm an advocate for having sympathy for workers in these hard times, but the staff here just does not care.
