Shea's Sol - Wichita

Not only is the food delicious, Shea is also wonderful. Definitely stop by and check it out!

Shea always seems like such a beautiful person and she is definitiw an amazing cook. I usually don't like a fake meat, but I'd eat this chicken here at any time. I prefer the cauliflower, lol. they sell so early!

The only vegan restaurant in wichita! everything is so delicious. it's hard to choose a favorite, but the kicherbsämmchen could be for me! their prices are affordable. she makes it easy to come back everyone who works there is super friendly. they are welcomed with a smile. I recommend shea to everyone, because I believe full that even Alli-Esser will run away with a very happy bauch from shea. I am so grateful that shea brings her vegan comfort food in wichita!

I've been here for about half a dozen times and tried something else every time. they are relatiw new and seem to struggle with the time opening and/or sell early, but I think that will change with the time. I like her loaded frits/poons as well as the burger I had. I'm not a fan of her chicken sandwich that felt like I'm chewing a teigball. Anyway, the lady that leads the place super friendly and wichita is still slim pickin for vegan foods so I still recommend it.
