Overall, I suggest trying Wasabi East or Sushiya instead. These two restaurants offer the best and freshest sushi in town.
I had a disappointing experience at Ninza last year, with unsatisfying food that left me vowing never to return. However, I decided to give it another chance at my husband's request. Unfortunately, the sushi was average at best, with a lot of cheap filler like imitation crab mix and very little actual fish. My son's bulgogi was made with a low-quality cut of beef, which was heavily marbled with fat resembling pork belly. We were not pleased with the quality of the food and when we informed the waitress, she did not seem to care or make any effort to make it right. It's clear that Ninza is cutting corners to save costs, which is evident in the food quality. I will not be returning in the future. While they have robot machines, it does not make up for the subpar food and service. Next time, I'll be going to Sapporo instead.
Ninza is our new fav. We usually go to wasabi or sapporo but we thought it would be fun to try this place, and now we will honestly probably never go back to the other places. At Ninza the food comes out so much faster and its always so perfect. The times we have been, there hasn't been a wait at all because they have a large amount of seating. So that's a huge plus. And the servers are always so nice and check on us multiple times!
Ninza East is one of my GO-TO's for sushi, as I live nearby. I've never had a bad experience here! They have more to offer, other than sushi though! But sushi rolls are, on average, about $12/roll. Pricey for me, but maybe not for you! Calamari is kindve rubbery.. but the Honey Stone Roll is a MUST TRY lol! One of my favorites!!
