Five Guys - Wichita

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my most recent visit has prompted me to look for a new location. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were very undercooked. When I brought this to the attention of the server and asked for a fresh batch, my request was met with eye-rolls and attitude. The replacement fries we were given were still undercooked and greasy. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. I believe the staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills.

This restaurant is awful. We ordered through DoorDash and received two speck cheeseburgers with just cheese, speck, ketchup, and mayo - no actual burger patty. When we called to complain, they did nothing to resolve the issue.

The food is fresh and delicious! The staff was very helpful and patient when I tried new dishes I had never eaten before. I will definitely be returning!

Coukd do not believe hamburger fries and koks over 15 and they wanted a tipp above. fries were boiled. hamburger was very enthusiastic. do not go back

Very polite staff. We were the only ones on the restaurant at the time and when we left the entire staff wished us a good day. Thank you give guys for your great service.
