The Simple Greek - Wichita Falls

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Wichita! They offer a straightforward menu, and the staff is incredibly helpful in guiding you through the ordering process. The ordering style is similar to Chipotle, but with a more simplified menu that won’t overwhelm you. I've visited a few times this week and have loved everything I've tried! The dishes are simple yet satisfying, and the homemade rice pudding is the perfect complement to the main courses. The baklava dolmades are a delightful addition that could even serve as a great appetizer. With quick order turnarounds, this place is fantastic!

One of the best places for gyros in the city! I must say, I'm impressed with the generous portion sizes they've started offering. There are now even more optional extras to customize your gyro, allowing for countless combinations. The customer service is exceptional—quick, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. The owner has every reason to be proud!

Yes five stars, they know what they're doing. A bowl of lentils that are superb in preparation and helpfulness. The fresh toppings and the variety make a real meal. The lemon chicken soup is excellent, skip the rice and go for a heaping spoonful of diced cucumber. This will be my go-to restaurant next time I'm in Wichita Falls.

First time I visited, I ordered a gyro. Was not impressed. Second time I visited, I ordered another gyro. Still was not impressed. Third time I visited, I ordered a bowl with lentils. Much better. Now, when I come here I only get the bowls. I'm not sure what it is about their pita, but I just don't care for them. So, either way, give it a try. Maybe you'll have a different experience.

The Simple Greek may sound straightforward, but the dining experience is anything but ordinary—the food is absolutely delicious. At first, I was a bit confused, but after making my way through the line, I realized the setup is similar to a Subway restaurant. However, the difference is in the incredible flavors, the seasoned ingredients, and the quality of the warm, fresh pita bread. Everything is truly remarkable!
