Hooters - Wichita Falls

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. On Friday, 7/1/22, around 1:30 in the afternoon, my wife, 12-year-old son, and I were there and the restaurant was maybe a quarter full. It took an hour for our meals to arrive. My son's fries were cold and crowded. Despite being told that my wife's fries would be brought out soon, they never came. I ordered 10 wings but only received 7. The server reduced my order to 6 wings but said they couldn't remove the fries from the bill even though we never received them. They also comped my wife's meal. Honestly, these were the worst Hooters I have ever been to, and I doubt I will return to this franchise. I still have a 20% discount on a drink, but even that cannot excuse the poor service. My wife complained to the manager, but they didn't even come to our table.

During my lunch break, I visited Hooters and had the pleasure of being served by Brooklyn, my bartender. She was attentive to my friends and made the best margarita. The wings were good, but I will definitely be returning for Brooklyn's exceptional service.

Well I have been going to Hooters for years! I have felt like less than nothing at the Hooters here in Wichita Falls Texas.. basically if your not from here and know the people that work here they act like you are not even at the Restaurant. The first time I came in last week the Bartender Jackie was AWESOME!!! Think the rest should take a page out of her book on how to be a people person. She is the last one that I met in here. Not sure if the staff thinks they are better than the People they are taking care of or what the issue is? All I know is I am a Hooters VIP Card member if that’s even a thing anymore??! They are lucky to get two Stars!! I am know for tipping 20 at the least and a 100 at the most for awesome service. Yep no one here even close to that!!!! I am a Manger for my company and will definitely make sure my employees don’t waste there time or Money in this below average Hooters!!

Got seated and placed orders for crab legs and steamed shrimp. Got our crab with cold fries and and no shrimp. Had to wait almost 15 minutes before the shrimp finally came out. And for $143 we could have had 10x better an experience at Papadeaux's.

Friendly service in a very clean, well assembled room. I don't think they've gotten the wings in the house more broth, they tasted like they had been made elsewhere and were brought into deep-cooling, which was disappointing, but not unusual.
