Burgers were raw in the middle, chicken was over cooked and dry, avocado was brown, no drink refills because the server never came back.

Terrible experience simply picking up a To-go order. When I called to get an update, the young lady that answered (Alexis) hung up on me. Extremely rude when she finally came to deliver the food. Not an ounce of customer service.

Food was ok. Server was great, they were short staffed so they were trying the best they could.

Not sure who decided to get rid of the original chicken crispers?????but this was a bad decision.

So disappointed, had an expected 15-minute wait, down from 25. We were seated and presented with menus, then sat there for 20 minutes without even a drink order or a stop from the wait staff. The people after us were seated and served. We turned on the “call waiter” button on the table display and waited an additional 5 minutes, nothing, with 2 waitresses in the area, neither even looking at us. We got up and left.
