フィードバックを提供するIt's 8pm on a Monday. I just stood at the order counter (because I had a question before ordering) for six minutes. No greeting, no service whatsoever. The staff seemed aware I was there but avoided eye contact when I spoke aloud. Gave up and left.
I visited Popeyes today with absolutely no expectations but still left utterly disappointed due to the bad service I received. From the moment I pulled into the driveway, it was clear that the staff were disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service. The man/lady taking my order was so rude and I felt rushed. When I pulled up to the window, It seemed as though the staff were moving at a fast pace, with a high of urgency but did a whole lot of nothing. I asked politely if I can add 1 more side to my order and another man/lady told me “no” I asked why and they gave me an excuse I never heard before they already took the next persons order.. which makes no sense because since I haven’t paid for my order it could still be modified (add or remove items)What bothered me the most and drove me to write this review is that after all that my order was still wrong and missing items. Overall the experience was bad and unpleasant.I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. It’s worth it to dive a little further for a different Popeyes.
I had placed an online order and when i got home i was missing a couple of things and when i picked up my order a young lady had a really bad attitude and was rude. And then i came by 2 days later and Verena helped me out. All i can say is she has excellent customer service. Thank you Verena for your amazing service.
Drive thru took 30minutes. Couldn’t even back up to leave or I would have. Once I got to the window they wanted to us wait out front. We ended up leaving with no food and didn’t pay. Would never go back here.
