Boba here is always pretty good. I’ve never had a complaint about it. Usually pretty fast. Only time it’s a bit slower is if they only have one person behind the counter, but that’s understandable. They are trying their best but the baristas are always really nice

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER???A dark skinned Indian looking girl was so rude to me and my family. We were not greeted and we felt rushed along. She didn’t even tell us our order was ready; she just let us wait a long time…When we told her our grievances she just looked at us with a sneering look and ignored us. NEVER GO HERE???

My absolute favorite place to chill or work on my computer and drink something delicious and healthy. Their Thai Tea is some of the best, I have tried many places for it and in other places it is barely flavored/colored, with almost no trace of Tea. Coffee Jelly is a good Swap for Boba when you want to switch things up. PT uses a lot of Tea in their drinks and you can taste that they're high quality. Another favorite of mine is the Grapefruit Jasmine with a Passion Fruit twist, Lychee Jelly and Aloe. It always clears my head and gives me an energy kick. I also love it that they use ORGANIC Teas, so I know I'm not drinking something full of pesticides/artificial dyes. The girls working here are super nice, helpful and ready to recommend special combinations or give samples. Don't be shy to customize your drink, they can do it. All in all, a nice quiet place, they play good music and is not overly crowded/loud. Love it here!

My kids love this place. Cute atmosphere, timely service and tea is always good. Many employees are quite young and I can see why some people are complaining about the service in review. But they need to chill.Kid-friendliness: They have board games in store to kill time.

At this Pearl's Tea location, everything is truly great. The workers are always very sweet, the drinks taste great, and the ambiance is amazing. They have bean bag chairs and rocking chair, as well as nice plants and music, and card games to enjoy while waiting on your drink. There is usually a 5-8ish minute wait to get your drinks, but I think this is ok, as you can clearly see the workers are hand-making everything. They do not just pour something in your cup, add boba, and give it to you. They have a process, and it shows in their great drinks. At other boba places, I get brown sugar boba milk teas, but I personally believe that this option at Pearl's Tea is not sweet enough (I prefer it insanely sweet, so it may be perfect for others). However, the lemon hibiscus tea with white crystal boba is a great, refreshing drink. The taro milk tea with oat milk is a personal favorite from here.Vegetarian options: Many items are vegetarian, and they carry oat milk and other milk alternatives that are vegan!Kid-friendliness: There are kid's games and tables back near the restrooms. There are also card games such as Uno near the register that anyone can enjoy.Parking: Parking is free, very close to the shop, and never full.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking very close to the location's entrance.
