Bruster's Real Ice Cream

After standing in line behind 2 people for about 10 mins we then waited for another 7 or 8 minutes at the walk in window where 4 employees, including a manager, made eye contact with me but never greeted us or apologized for the wait as they continuously filled drive up orders that came in behind us. Decided just to buy some jenis for half the price at kroger instead.

Good ice cream! Nice and creamy and tonight’s mint chocolate chip had a lot of chips in it. And they gave me lots of cherries like I asked for. ?The young guy at the window this evening was super personable and made us laugh! Always a great late night treat.

They had bad customer service and I felt like I was being rushed to order. When they had given me my ice cream it was rudely put onto the counter and as soon as we grabbed it the door was shut on us. When I had asked for a sample the cashier was rude and acted as if it was a problem to get it.

Love this place however they are not allergy friendly : my friend had an allergic reaction, after they stated there would be no cross contamination in the dairy free product.

I ordered a small vanilla one scoop with sprinkles and waffle cone they gave me 2 waffle cones cost almost 10 bucks she said the waffle cone was same price I looked it up and the kids cone is cheaper she lied and was out of some flavors
