The Harbour House Cafe - Whitianga

This cafe is excellent and offers a variety of delicious vegan dishes. We enjoyed the vegan burrito, vegan nachos with shoestring fries, and vegan cakes displayed in the cabinet. Highly recommend!

The food at this restaurant was delicious, the staff was very helpful, and they offered free swaps. I had avocado on toast with tasty potatoes and dukkah. They also had vegan salads, slices, nachos, and savory snacks on the menu.

The restaurant offers vegan breakfast burritos, beans on toast, and a variety of vegan cakes and slices available. The staff is very friendly and there is also a cute cat hanging around, which is a bonus. Although a bit pricey, the options are worth it considering the limited availability of vegan friendly places in the area.

I had an amazing dining experience at The Espry Cafe for brunch. The place was bustling with lively conversation, the smell of coffee being brewed, and the sounds of food being prepared. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside, but most people were indoors due to the light rain. The cafe was beautifully decorated with Christmas ornaments. I couldn't resist the tempting cabinet food, so I ended up getting a cheesecake lollipop dessert, an open steak sandwich, an ultimate Espy smoothie, and a cappuccino with chocolate. The food was delicious, with the steak melting in my mouth and the salad being lovely. The coffee was well-made, and I especially enjoyed the chocolate fish that came with it. The Espy smoothie was huge and one of the best I've had in a long time. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience. If you're in Whitianga or the surrounding area, I highly recommend stopping by The Espry Cafe. I took the ferry across from Ferry Landing Cooks Beach and it was definitely worth the visit. You won't be disappointed!

This restaurant is located near the Whitianga Wharf and has a beautiful setting. The atmosphere is nice, kid-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully attentive. Our meal was ordered as soon as we sat down and our tea arrived shortly after. The ice coffee was also delicious and came quickly. Within 15 minutes, our bacon and eggs, as well as my creamy mushrooms, were served. We were very impressed with the food and would definitely return again!
