Joe's Old Fashioned Barbecue

If you find one of the first things in a new city in North Carolina, big BBQ . Now mission reaches Joe's has met the challenge and thrown it away. The service was anxious the food was brilliant and the decor was on point. I wish I saved room for banana pudding, but next time.

BBQ is one of the best in condition if you like Carolina style bbq. Prices are reasonable. Good pages and good ol sweet tea. If you get it early enough you can get fat back. Great service.

This restaurant offers a great southern-style buffet with delicious cooking. The servers were friendly and attentive, ensuring our tea glasses were always full. There were plenty of options on the buffet, though the main dishes were limited to pork chops, fried chicken, and two types of sausage. I would have loved to order some extra BBQ, but I was too full to fit anything else in! Thank you for a wonderful meal during my travels.

What a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is lovely, the service is quick and friendly, and the bathrooms are very clean. Plus, the prices are incredibly affordable. We dined there today, March 28, 2022, and had a wonderful experience. We visited several times and were never let down. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I enjoyed everything except for the potato salad, which I think could use some improvement. I suggest using red potatoes and going easy on the mustard. Everything else was perfect! The ribs, chicken fingers, roasted chicken, hush puppies, roasted okra, and fish nuggets were all fantastic. I highly recommend the fish nuggets. My 4-year-old loved his chicken too; it was absolutely delicious!
