Montez Creekside Kitchen - Whitehouse

Ate here for the first time yesterday. Was not very happy with the experience. Our waiter was fine but everything else was horrible. We went at three because the website started happy hour started then. Only to be told it doesn't start till four. They refused to honor it. Prices on the website are different than what's on the menu. They need to update this because it's completely false advertising. The only good thing at had was the French fries. My husband's Mahi Mahi was dry and over cooked. My sons shrimp still had the trails on and the rice was over cooked and hard in places. My burger the pork was over cooked and chewy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was our first and our last time here. For how busy they stay and the prices they charge I was surprised by how horrible the food was.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was very impressed! I got the chicken fried chicken, with mashed potatoes, white gravy, and sautéed zucchini. Everything was delicious. The service was great and the decor was nice too. There is also a large back patio overlooking the creek. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
