Ray's 1 Pizza - Whitehall

This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The customer service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly and nice.

The pizza is top-notch with a deliciously soft crust. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but worth it.

I went there for the first time and they screwed up my order and argued with me about it. I told the guy what I wanted and at the same time my daughter told me what she wanted. he was too busy in my conversation that he did the wrong order. After we had finished eating, we needed a box for our leftovers and he didn't want to give us any. he had a job. I'll never go back there when that was the only place to eat. very rude and unprofessional. they don't even deserve the one star I had to set up here. not only their customer service is bad. the place was dirty. the müllcontainer, where rough, the seats were untied. I wanted to get out so fast that I didn't even get pictures.

The food is delicious and service is quick, but the dining room only gets 5 stars for its appearance.

Ate here some time ago and right as we finish eating and are cleaning up to leave, a small mouse scurried across the floor where we were sitting into a small hole in the wall in broad daylight. We instantly felt we were going to puke, so we packed up our stuff and ran out of there. The pizza was also cold and tasted like old reheated garbage. Promised to never eat there again, the thought makes me nauseous.
