Kfc - Whitehall

They never get your order correct on pick up. 5 piece tender ends up being 3. No biscuits. Call never pick up

I went to the KFC on Broad Street in Whitehall they had no chicken available no pot pies available they direct me to the Main Street KFC in Columbus Ohio went there spent $37 for cold chicken and rude staff I don't know why I asked a simple question ifthey had chicken available as the last place did not so the pot pies were hot but lacking very much chicken so I'm going tostick to going to Popeye's from now on

Make sure you order ALL of your food at the ordering menu. I was just there at 8:09pm this evening.. Nobody was in the line or in the lobby.. I had to drive back around to place another order because i had forgotten something.. and they wouldn?t let meadd 1 extra item at the window.. this place has Terrible customer service is ghetto!! Won?t be back.

Ordered a 3 piece at 8...the chicken tasted like it sat for hours...tried to call the restaurant to no avail...so emailed corporate...2 weeks later someone called and said the order would be replaced...went to the same location to get it replaced andwas harshly questioned about what was wrong...2 employees came from the kitchen to the front and stood there as I said it tastedlike it was setting for hours...when my order was brought to the counter they insisted that I check everything and make sureit's to my satisfaction and not in a friendly way..I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN

I dont know what happened to the womderful staff u had before but the new ones are rude, obnoxious and pretty much illiterate. First they would not take drive through orders, you wete told if you wanted to order to come inside. Then when you get it thereit takes forever for someone to come to the register. Upon making my order she put my sides in for me until I asked would shelike me to tell her my sides. She had a whole attitude. I asked for extra crispy. I proceeded to check my order b4 leaving andit was original. I told her I asked for extra crispy and she wanted to argue and say I asked for original, I NEVER get original.She did not give me my receipt. They had almost no customers for them to be taking the time they did and the attitudes they had.Terrible customer service I will start to only use E Broad St they are fast and kind.
