Sweet Lilac Deli At The Upper Valley Food Cooperative

I absolutely love this co-op! The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is spotless, and the food is delicious. There’s a fantastic variety of items to choose from, so there’s truly something for everyone. Whether you’re passing by, driving through, or just taking a walk, I highly recommend stopping by! You’ll find a much better selection here than at any major chain. I’ve added 15 photos so you can see what the whole store looks like and what they have to offer.

The earlier photos suggested that this co-op lacked fresh food, but that's not the case at all! There's a fantastic variety of options available, and the atmosphere is wonderful! It is a bit more expensive than the co-op in WRJ, but it's definitely worth it!

I absolutely love this place! Since I’m new to the area, signing up for membership was one of my top priorities. I really appreciate that I can purchase only local produce, which is abundant here, and I enjoy being able to bring my own containers for bulk items. One thing I wish they offered is fresh meat, as I occasionally find myself rushing in at the last minute to grab something for dinner. A wider selection of meats would be great too. Nonetheless, I rarely need to visit other stores for groceries, which is a huge plus compared to my previous co-op. The staff is incredibly helpful, and I also like the promotions they offer!

Best place to shop for Coop items. Bulk foods, spices , great fruits and vegetables. Fresh breads and daily soups. Love this atmosphere.

One of the only places I can find juniper berries. They have a great selection of organic produce as well
