Dunkin' - White River Junction

I would recommend looking for another option. This full-sized Dunkin' Donuts discourages walk-in orders and pickups by keeping the store locked, despite the app allowing you to place an order. The layout of this location is poorly designed, leaving very little space for the drive-thru lane. If you feel like the wait is too long, you'll have a hard time getting out. While there is ample parking for walk-in customers—taking up almost half the property—you can't actually enter the store, making those 20 parking spaces pointless.

Need to teach employees not to snatch cups out of your hand and act rude just because they misheard your order

The time I spent waiting in line was not worth the excessively overpriced jelly donut I bought, especially since it was a bit stale. Save your time and help reduce the traffic on Rt 5!

Great place. They do move a little slow for a Dunkin donuts.

Please stop locking the front door. At the very least, make it impossible to place online orders for pickup inside. It's frustrating to have to go through the drive-thru after already placing an online order when time is important for everyone involved. Someone mentioned that the restaurant is clean, and of course it is—especially since they only allow drive-thru traffic.
