Chipotle Mexican Grill - White Plains

The restaurant specializes in custom-made large burritos with a variety of fillings such as hot and spicy meat, mild meat, avocado, mushroom sauce, and Tabasco. The line moves quickly and the workers are efficient. The location is conveniently close to Five Guys and Borders bookstore. However, they should pay more attention to cleaning the tables.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The server seemed surprised when I mentioned there was a piece of shell in my dish. The dish had little flavor and lacked any real substance.

Excellent service. Very efficient and quick. Went above and beyond. A new server named Matt S. made me feel extremely welcome in their establishment. They take customer service to the next level.

The personal and the eating are great! the restaurant area is also quite cool.

Maybe I went there on an off-day but the service was bad. Line was very long and servers were in the back chit-chatting and did not seem to be in any rush to help customers. On top of that my bowl wasn't even 3/4 full with food. Giving 3 stars but will change it higher if I have a better experience next time.
