If you order by phone, be prepared to wait. You’ll wait about 10 minutes just to place your order (I call every day), and then another long wait to remind the staff that someone is still on the line. Please stop putting the plastic dip cups under the heat lamps; it creates a mess. You have a large operation, so why not bring in more help? Additionally, I pressed the button to place an order and no one answered when I called back.

This review is for a takeout order placed through the restaurant's website. I ordered the All-American Burger meal and swapped the regular fries for potato wedges. I also tried the cheese curds for the first time, and they were delicious—definitely a nice change from the usual mozzarella sticks. My food arrived hot and cooked perfectly, with no issues at all. Everything tasted great, especially compared to some of the recent pictures I've seen. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal.

At this point, I'm convinced that this restaurant is going downhill. I went one evening and there was no staff available, which made everything very slow. On another night, they closed early due to a lack of personnel. Last night, I ordered the wings, and they didn't even put enough sauce on them. I was told that they always coat all their wings in sauce, but from what I saw, one container had sauce sitting at the bottom, and my boneless wings barely had any on them. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and addressing the issue, the staff member insisted that this is just how they do things. I would definitely not recommend this place.

This special location is absolutely garbage! I mean it with passion! This is not the first waste, so this review is completely justified. This time around me I ordered a Cobb salad with onion dress (How to make a salad, how to get up). I didn't ask tomatoes, no blue cheese crumbs, no bacon bits, no buffalo. I got salad and tomatoes! A bowl of crazy salad and tomatoes. I guess they were from chickens, eggs, onions, and onions that should come on my salad. I tried to call them 4x and every time the machine still answers many rings and hang them on me. I sent an email explaining my contempt, and yet I'm sitting here with my bowl of salad completely hanging. It's not even worth the return trip. Make yourself a favor and choose to eat another place!

My quesadilla had just a smear of chicken, super thin, drinks didn?t arrive until the food arrived, server went missing for a while so we got up to pay and realized she was eating. It?s understandable servers eat too but we had asked for boxes long before that and she should have checked up on us by then. And my daughter just ate her Mac n cheese with no fork since utensils were not given. Not a good experience and not even a sorry for the wait when they handed us drinks at the time food arrived.
