フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant has a lovely, modern ambiance. Unfortunately, the staff left much to be desired. During my visit one evening for coffee while I was working, I found the environment to be quite appealing. However, the employees were excessively loud, cursing and complaining, which significantly detracted from the atmosphere with their intrusive music. I plan to give it another try in a month and will provide an update on my experience then.
--- The service needs improvement, particularly in customer communication. I waited longer than expected at the drive-thru window for my order, and the employee's demeanor was quite rude. When I pointed out that I received the wrong order—not once, but twice—and inquired if they were short-staffed, the response was unnecessarily dismissive. Instead of an apology for the mistake, I was met with an attitude and comments about staffing issues. It would have been much more effective to acknowledge the error and focus on providing my breakfast, which was unfortunately cold by the time I received it. I do know qualified individuals who could effectively manage this establishment, and I believe the current staff member would be replaced promptly if they were in charge. Additionally, it's important to communicate operational hours clearly. If you're closing early, please post a sign so customers don't end up waiting unnecessarily in the drive-thru. There's definitely a better way to interact with customers, and I hope management considers addressing these issues.
I ordered a turkey club and it was a great sandwich. The coffee didn't taste very fresh, but it was okay. However, my muffin had a hair on it, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to trying it. Sadly, I won't be eating that muffin now.
The Lady at the window was rude and extremely mean telling me my truck was too loud (there?s nothing done to my exhaust AT ALL Completely stock) she was in a mood told me not to come back I was shocked I had done nothing wrong except wait patiently for my coffee that was made wrong. I hate this place never go here unless you wanted to be treated unfairly. And have bad coffee
The employees here are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. They need to drop their horrible attitude. Also the coffee isn?t good either. Don?t come here unless you want to be treated badly and pay for something that?s not even worth the money. I wish I could give 0 stars. The middle aged woman with dark hair at the drive thru was especially rude.
