The Bbq Place - White House

This restaurant is a pleasant spot for a relatively quiet family dinner. The food is slightly better than just good, and the prices are quite reasonable. My main complaint—actually, my only complaint—is the time it took for our food to arrive. That said, none of us went hungry.

I was pleasantly surprised when I dined here. I usually avoid catfish, but I learned that you should never say never. I sampled a bit of my friend’s catfish, and to my surprise, it was quite tasty. I ended up eating two pieces! I can no longer say that I’ll never eat catfish again because this was fantastic. It had a flavor similar to cod and was coated in a delightful cornbread crust that was light and crispy. Being from St. Charles, Missouri, I think I would come here often just for this fish. I highly recommend it! And don’t miss out on the delicious piggy pudding—it’s a must-try!

We discovered this incredible restaurant in Whitehouse. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere cozy, and the service outstanding! We definitely plan to return! By the way, the baked potato was enormous; she mentioned it was a small one! It was tender, wrapped in foil, and we added bacon, BBQ, and grilled chicken – absolutely amazing! We also tried the homemade banana pudding; we shared it and devoured it so quickly that we didn’t even get a picture! You have to eat here!
