Tim Hortons - Whitby

I waited for almost 15 minutes while the worker was in the restroom. I understand that people have stomach problems, but the wait, in addition to the time others had already waited and started leaving, was too long. To make matters worse, there were fruit flies all over the food. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Just came from this location. While waiting in line for service, the 7-8yo boy in front of me had asked counter staff (today at 1:40) for a drink tray. The lady at counter turned to him, put her hands on her hips and said verbatim how many hands do I have?! You can see I 'm making food, when I 'm done, you 'll get your tray! She yelled at a kid! In front of other customers and made him feel like he didn 't matter. This is child abuse and disgusting behaviour from a grown woman in the service sector. If that were MY kid, I would 've taken her head off!

The food and drinks at this restaurant are consistently delicious. However, my only issue arises when I use the drive-thru. Sometimes, I encounter a server who has difficulty understanding my order and responds with a heavy foreign accent that makes it hard for me to comprehend. While I understand the importance of providing job opportunities for immigrants, it can be quite frustrating when I clearly communicate in English and my order is still misunderstood. This has led to me receiving incorrect orders and having to ask for them to be corrected.

Least accurate tims in the area. Terrible customer service.

Tim Hortons is a reliable choice for quick coffee and snacks. Consistently good coffee, fresh donuts, and a variety of sandwiches. Service is usually fast and friendly. It's a great spot for a casual meet-up or a quick bite. Loses a star for sometimes being too busy.
