Subway - Whitby

I visited this Subway and requested habanero jack cheese. The employee told me it would cost an additional $2 because that cheese is expensive. However, I've been to nearly all the Subway locations in Oshawa and Whitby, and no one has ever charged extra for it. The cheese is supplied by Subway, so I don't understand how it ends up costing the owner more. This location seems to be scamming customers. Be cautious!

The service was incredibly slow, with only one person handling everything. I waited around 15 minutes just to start ordering my subs. During that time, the employee had the delivery person gather all the drinks and chips for another order. They really need to hire more staff.

I received a fountain drink cup that had dirt inside and a mismatched lid. The bottled drinks are often a month from their expiration date, resulting in a flat and less enjoyable taste. Additionally, the lettuce is frequently wilted and soggy. However, the friendly staff provides a redeeming quality, keeping me from rating them just one star.

Subway is a hit or miss and unfortunately I missed pretty bad by going to this place.I ordered the new CRISPY Chicken Bacon Peppercorn Ranch and I believe Subway should pay me compensation for that thing.The lady kept poking the chicken probably to show me how bad it was but I failed to read the signs and I PAID for it.Anyway if you are feeling adventurous and want to eat Subway make sure to avoid this place.No more Subway for me!Cheers!

The service at this subway location is terrible. The lady working sat on her phone while I waiting to be served for at least 3 minutes. She was so sloppy making my sandwiches and barely even said hello. When I took the subs to go they were falling apart and barely had any of the toppings I asked for (aka 1 tomato slice or barely any sauce). I pay nearly 20 dollars for a soggy, poorly made sub with the worst customer service. This location should be taught proper customer service and do their jobs correctly. You will not see me coming back to this subway again.
