Capt. Submarine - WHITBOURNE

Very nice young man serving. Offered suggestions when asked. Patient. Made 2 good subs. Tried the on line app. After 3 tries, I completed my order, but as I had two subs, the info on the second sub disappeared at checkout. So I ordered my 2nd one separately. Of the 3 veggies I ordered, I received only tomatoes. No spinach, no onion even though I checked at the cash before paying...... No more online orders for me. Still had to wait in the ordering line anyway.

Went to Captain Submarine for the first time and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I was waiting to be served and made eye contact with 3 employees and after 10 minutes a woman came out to take my order. After my order was placed she went in the back and asked if anyone else wanted to make the sub and i heard multiple people say no, she then proceeded to make my sub and it took her about 15 mins to make it. She then made my salad which somehow took 10 more minutes and it had no toppings, just lettuce and chicken but i was so annoyed at that point that i didn't say anything i just wanted to leave. I got out to the car and there was no sauce in the bag for my salad. I was the only customer there at the time and only had 1 sub and a salad and i was in there for 35 minutes. This place doesn't have good customer service and overall terrible atmosphere.

Lisa is the best she's so friendly and nice ! Also their subs are sooooo good and they make it so nice and with ample toppings ! Reccomended

The food was really good. It's a little bit pricier than other sub restaurants but the food more than makes up for it.
