Wild Blue Restaurant Bar - Whistler

Wild blue is a must now when I come to whistler. eating is delicious and the service is great. we share 10 oysters, have the oktopus and tuna tataki as our appetizers. the thunfisch tataki was delicious, especially the zitrus (maybe it was yuzu) sauce in which it sat. we share the lobster and have broccolini and pomme purée. they were all delicious. they also have a great selection of spiritual and wonderful drinks.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed the experience. All the staff were very friendly and engaging.

Food was very good, however the service dropped the ball and forgot about our appetizers. The noise is loud, but not the worst.

We all had different steaks, and they were all excellent. Huge selection at the bar, including my favorite single barrel bourbon.

Was a great experience and all the staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
