Starbucks - Whistler Village

Perfect White chocolate mocha ? Wife said one of the best and she drinks less coffee than myself (Should say a lot) Staff were very friendly and the store was very clean and welcoming. Thanks Starbucks Whistler Team! ? ?

Unfortunately there needs to be another Starbucks in Whistler again, this one is just too overwhelmed and the staff, although some are great, most seem scattered, disorganized and just “over it” when a large crowd come in especially. It took my phone order 15 extra minutes after ordering ahead as they forgot to turn the ovens on first thing which I would think is part of an open checklist. Come on Starbucks, help this location out ffs!

I ordered a tea latte, just to wait longer than 10 minutes before I had to ask the staff when I will be receiving my order. They then could not find my order, I had to tell them again what I ordered and received a wrong order.All-in-all it took about 20 minutes until I got the right order.

Great Service. But the coffee was terrible! So many coffee grounds I had to throw out my drink. I got a black drip coffee (large. Besides the awful coffee, the staff were kind when serving me and the atmosphere of this Starbucks was nice.
