I came to visit my husband while he works on the oilfield in the area. He wanted aSteak dinner so we decided to eat here. My hubby loves a good ribeye. They bring all the food and the steak looks awful. We taste it and it’s so tough that we couldn’t eat it. We ask for a new one and they are out. The server just was like yeah that does look tough and hands us our check and walks away. I look at my husband and I said I’m not paying for that steak because we can’t even eat it. The server doesn’t even come back and it’s been 20ish minutes. We had to get the other server who also said the steak didn’t even look like a ribeye. She said she would get us a manager but the manager never came. The first waitress came back and picked up the check and our card and I said no that steak needs took off and she said okay I’ll go tell the manager. She comes back and says we couldn’t take it all off but she discounted it for you which I was fine with until I look and see it was discounted $5.00!! I would have gladly paid for the sides but I should have not paid for a steak we couldn’t even eat! We even asked for another one to be cooked but we were told they were out..Not only did we get a horrible 25.00 steak that we could not even eat but the service was terrible too. The server got our drinks and food to us but never checked on us after, we never got refills and the “manger” never came to our table.

Good spot right off the highway for lunch. You don't find pirogies everywhere. Beef Tips, Liver Onions, and wings were all really good.

I rarely review anywhere, but I feel this experience warranted a review. My party of 4 went in at 6 PM. Most ordered water and I beer. The waiter quickly brought those back to the table. Then we placed our order. Let the waiting begin! Beer empty. Waters empty. Staff of 10 constantly walking by (including our zero personality waiter). 45 minutes 1 hour later the food shows up. It was correct and seemed fresh. My whole group was disappointed with one thing or another. The wings were generally flavorless (supposed to be garlic parm). The kids burger was definitely from the frozen food section. The grilled chicken was fairly good. The chicken tenders were extremely good, but two of them were RAW!!!! We took the plate to the owner who was working in the kitchen. The reaction was a simple and calm, Yeah, that 's raw. She then asked if we wanted them remade. After saying no, they took that off our bill. Just that... I can 't believe the reaction. The lack of give a care. If this were my establishment, something like that would make me nuts. She didn 't care. Didn 't seem phased. Go at your own risk. Their location in Triadelphia, WV used to be excellent. I 'm not sure if it still is, but this one is a very clear never again.

I've been here a few different times, it's usually really good. The steak was not as tasty as before. I usually don't need A1 but I did with this steak. It was tender though.The burger was really delicious. My lil loaded potatoes and salad was the best thing. Plus the sweet tea was yummy!!

Food was good... service lackluster. Slow time of day and waited around 5 minutes for a host to come up front. Waiter left our drinks empty and took about 15 minutes for him to show up with our check. Decent eats, but don't think we will be back for the service.
