Bridgelin Chinese - Wheeling

The food was delicious, but my order was wrong. The Ma Po Ma Po Tofu is so good. Its very flavorful with a good spice level. The Shrimp with Mushroom was good too. The mushrooms werent over-cooked and the shrimp were perfect. The sauce is a little bland for me but still good. The A6. Spinach Dumplings (6) were instead the regular pork dumplings so I dont know if they are good or not. The egg rolls were over done and very greasy. The rice was great though. I can forgive a lot for some good rice. Overall, I enjoyed my food and would order again. My favorite is still the vegetable udon noodles.

The food was absolutely delicious. I loved everything included!! The C4. Kung Pao Chicken was great, my fiancé said its some of the best chicken hes every had! It has the perfect balance of flavors and was so filling he ended up having to save some for later! Myself, I ordered the C25. Colorful Chicken ! This was completely new for me and it had a wonderful mix of umami flavors. It was just the right amount of salt for me, and everything was cooked to perfection. It was unique and flavorful. As for the A4. Crabmeat Cheese Fried Wontons (8), both my fiancé and myself loved them. The filling is tasty, and perfect for me as someone who doesnt like the taste of crab. Its very subtle, and it was my first time trying it so I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce is tasty too! Overall, I had an excellent dining experience and would order from here again. I just hope they broaden their drink and dessert options in the future!

Always receive excellent service. the staff is very friendly and attentive. eating is always top notch. I suggest with the black pfeffer pork, orangenriff or general tso’s tofu (extra crispy)

They make the most delicate Chinese dishes of all time. I used to be a Golden/Silver Chopsticks junkie, but after I had Bridgelin, I switched the addiction!
