フィードバックを提供するMy experience at McDonald's was what I expected. The self-service kiosk I used to place my order earlier didn’t print out a receipt, but luckily I remembered my order number, so it wasn’t a big issue. I reported it and hope they’ll address the problem. As for the food, I’d give a thumbs down to the fries, but a thumbs up to the apple cake.
There’s an employee who has been working here for many years, and you really can’t fault him. He’s always friendly and helpful. Before COVID, he would personally show you to your table and recommend where to sit, which was a lovely touch. However, during my last two visits, my coffees were a bit cold, so I decided not to return. I think the coffee machine might need some attention. Apart from that, I have no complaints—it's a great place!
