Dunkin' - Wethersfield

I love Dunkin' Donuts, and this was my first time ordering online from them. They forgot the napkins I had asked for. Also, the food tasted a bit weird. Also, the driver took the picture, drove off, and then sent it, which made me suspicious because the food was sitting at my doorstep and I didn't know

Service was horrible... I ordered my coffee in drive thru ... waited a good 10 min to get to the window and they didn't even have my coffee ready so I had to wait longer for them to make my coffee after asking me what I wanted

My food was cold and gross. The driver did great and I thank the driver for their delivery

They forgot a bagel which happens I suppose. The one start is for making us go back in on the coldest day of the year twice, saying they put the bagel in the bag when they didn't. Terrible customer service.

Woman told me there's no cold brew or ice coffee at night when I clearly see ice coffee there I know there's Cold brew in the back since the manager is usually good at having stuff regularly available.
