Overall, the restaurant is decent. The washrooms could use more attention throughout the day as they tend to get dirty from the high volume of customers. Parking during peak hours can be a bit tricky, but the staff is friendly and the food is pretty average.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars for cleanliness. It was the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The bathrooms were absolutely horrendous and disgusting.

This place is hit or miss. Some days they get my order correct and other times they don't. Too many times I have wasted money! I order a steeped tea for my mother and get home to discover it's coffee, which she hates! They are in such a hurry to push you through that they aren't paying attention to what they are doing. There are very few days that my order is completely correct and that's just not good enough! I do have to say that some of the staff at the drive through are super friendly!Dietary restrictions: I have to have decaf for health reasons and there are times after drinking my decaf coffee that my stomach hurts, so I wonder if I am getting decaf. I went there one day and asked for decaf and they said they didn't have any, which happens quite often, but then they said they suddenly had enough for my large. After I brought it home and drank part of it, I started getting pains in my stomach, so I don't think it was. Also, maybe having something for celiac and lactose intolerant people would be nice. They used to have those gluten free coconut cookies, but not for a while now.

Most empty tables were dirty. I'm glad I just wanted a coffee because I wouldn't eat there.
