Jw's Brasserie - Westport

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

We came here 14 years ago with a large group of family after hiking to the top of Mt. Croagh Patrick so we figured a return trip after the same this trip would be worth it. It absolutely was. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had a great beer and drink selection. We pretty much had a private room for lunch as a walk-in group. Hard to top that.

We had made a reservation for dinner at this restaurant and found the food to be delicious and the portion size to be just right.

The chowder at JW Brasserie had both good and bad points. The fish was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, but the cream had an unexpected sweetness that I didn't enjoy. However, my partner was impressed with the vegetable soup. A bonus was that the food came out very quickly!

Great food. Wide and varied menu that will please every taste. Nice cocktail menu. The homemade lemonade is very refreshing and highly recommended. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. Perfect for a family dinner.
