Burgerfi - Weston

The quality of food is outstanding, and the service is incredibly friendly. The restaurant is clean and has a cheerful atmosphere, thanks to the fantastic management and wonderful staff. I’d recommend the Pommes wrap—these potatoes truly taste authentic. The onion rings are fried to perfection, and the veggie burger is simply the best! Joe’s legacy shines through here.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to Ale, the young lady who assisted me. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me recall which burgers I usually order. I spent about 10 minutes at the ordering station, and there was no one behind me, which was really considerate of her. Ale also offered some fantastic suggestions, and the food was excellent! I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Ale!

The staff is comprised of incompetent high schoolers who continuously disregard direct instructions on how to construct simple burgers. To those with allergies: I suggest choosing a different burger spot or driving the next town over to the next BurgerFi. I have severe food allergies to milk, and within the last 6 months I have received burgers with cheese a total of 5 times after triple checking there was no cheese option clicked. Therefore, I made it a habit to check the bag of food before leaving the premise to ensure I did not spend $20 just to be poisoned. I have went back countless times and made them re-do it. To which the teenagers working back of house snottily replied: ?but it?s not real cheese, you know that, right?? Thank you Chad, but cheese made in a factory still has milk! I disregarded these experiences; however, tonight was the moment I accepted I cannot support this location of BurgerFi anymore. On my burger this time was, what a surprise, cheese. But not a whole slice? the workers preparing it clearly realized they made a mistake as they very obviously scraped it off the patty, leaving cheese residue all over the burger. I did my typical routine of checking to make sure they did not put cheese, saw no visible cheese when the box was open, but clearly now I need to tear apart the entire burger to check as they are now hiding the cheese, or ?lack of it?. To people who have food allergies, this renders the meal inedible as even a little bit of the allergen will cause a reaction.

A great burger option. This is a consistent chain no matter where you go. Which is always a plus. This particular location can have its up and down moments when it comes to their prep. I've had the same burger about 5 times and have loved it twice and been okay with it the other 3 times. It all depends on who makes the meal. The flavors and options (they have chicken fingers if your kids are picky) are great. It could do with a couple grilled chicken options, but it is a burger place after all. Get a shake.

Great spot for above average fast food. The quality of the chicken and the beef used for their burgers and sandwiches is always on point. The staff here at the Weston Location was very friendly and attentive (I was served by Diego, who had fantastic customer service skill). I'd recommend this spot for a quality lunch that isn't overpriced
