Nashville Hot Chicken Shack

They are mistaken. The pictures of their food do not reflect what you actually get. A tiny slice on two out of three sandwiches? Is there no cheese? The sandwich is about a fifth of the size shown in the pictures! Plus, they messed up my order. On the bright side, the service was thorough, but it was overwhelmingly chaotic.

I initially rated this restaurant 5 stars and had an amazing experience. However, during my last two visits, the quality of the food has significantly declined. The chicken was tough and chewy, and they were using plastic containers without ventilation, which resulted in everything turning into a soggy mess. It's really disappointing, especially since the northern suburbs are in need of a good Nashville hot chicken spot.

I wish I could give this zero star. my chicken pliers were almost 1/4 thick and rubbery. medium heat had hardly tasted, nothing driped on the toast. the claw had so much black pfeffer that it was not possible. the mac and the cheese were fed and cold. the toast seemed several days long. the partial sizes for the sides were very small. as a nashville native, I am appalled by the misrepresentation. not only is the nashville hot chicken, it is not even good eating. please call it something else.

Chicken was incredibly small, flavorless. Got XXHot and hot, but it had no kick to it somehow.
