Ordered 2 BBQ mixes, they gave me 2 BBQ Chicken plates. Didn 't realized that until I got home. Called them and explained the situation. Daniel was snickering and expressed no interest in my concern. Suggested I drive back, pay the difference and next time check my receipt. Asked to speak to manager, no manager on duty, so Vivian got on the line. Ultimately, she was no help because she said, What do you want me to do? Wouldn 't be writing this if either of them would have at least offered an apology. It 's a shame good businesses are tarnished by employees who aren 't savvy enough to retain a customer 's business.

Ordered a Loco Moco. The food was good, however, at this location they only give a small packet of hot sauce and a small container of ketchup. Also, the way it was served wasn't Hawaiian style...IYKYK.
